Never heard the RE's so I can't comment on them. I did install 2 15" SDC2.5's the other week off a 1200D amp and they surprised me with how hard and low they hit. VERY nice budget subs that don't need a lot of power to get loud. 2 12's off the AQ 1200D would be a nice set up IMO...

how were these sound quality wise? and id probably be getting a ED nine.1 since its rated at 12.5v //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif:D

AQ will own then the RE in output . Ive owned both subs . Both are great sounding subs but the the AQ has a slight edge over the RE in both SQ/spl .
this guy knows what he is talking about. his pair of 15's made my house flex..lol.

instead of making a new threat I will just ask here... I just bought a single RE SE 12" and I'm thinking of powering it with a kicker zx750.1

Is that too much power for a single SE?? Will it damage the sub??

Get the RE SE

Oh whoops, you're in the wrong thread.

2 of the 15's would pound and they sound good also. Hard to beat them for the $$$ and they don't need a ton of power to get loud, so you don't have to go crazy on the electrical...
