Which one of these SE's is the older better version?

If its the first one what would be a good amp to use with it for less than $150 or is there a site to get a dual 2 ohm voice coils version and if its the second one is there any other sites that sell it for close to that price because they are sold out at ike sound right now?

careful w/ that one on ikes. main title has it listed as D2 but in the descript. as a D4

I'm guessing they are both going to be newer versions. The one with the eye logo on the cone was the old version, but many suppliers show that picture because it is just a stock photo.

If I go with the dual 4 ohm version from Rickie's would this be a good amp to go with or is there something better I can get for the money?
