How would you rate the overall SQ of this driver, particularly the 12, sealed?

Concerns?

Positives?

What kind of power did it like, and how did it respond SQ wise as power went up? I have never seen this sub graphed, and of course I cannot find it on RE site either. Pretty flat response?

yes...ported over sealed

seems like all of RE Audio subs shine in ported enclosures

Great subs, I ran all of mine ported. I did however try one sealed once, still sounded great. I do prefer ported over anything though. I ran a single on as little as 400watts and as much as 900watts, did fine on either. Ideal I would say is about 700watts. Awesome subs, you wont be disappionted...

I have 2 RE SE 12's sealed and they sound great and get **** loud off 900 watts. Will soon be porting them however.

well u heard it in my old 4th order bandpass box ..how did u think it sound in comparision to the same sub in a ported box tuned low..( maxima with memphis amp on his se12)

personally i think the se's sound great..and if u slap around 1k on it ..the output will be there

the SE got very loud

I had 2 SE's sealed in the rec. specs by RE and they sounded great and got plenty loud for me, was powering them with a hifonics brutus 1200
