the KX1200.1 is only rated at 600rms iirc so i'd go with the Memphis...on further inspection it sayas it does 1200 @1 but i didnt think they were stable t 1 hom

it is rated at 1200 and is also under rated. Good amp to run!

Correct the kx1200.1 is however the lower kx series are not such as the kx600.1 is not 1 ohm stable.
