Re or DD 8" ???

got 3 RE 8"s in my 93' ranger bein' pushed by an Infinity 611a sealed. Very happy with my settup, just reading up on some DD 8"s and was wanting to know what people think on vs.

If you keep them sealed, keep the REs. You will lose quite a bit of low end by putting the DDs in a small sealed enclosure.

yeh, audio express said i would never hit low notes on 8"s~ that was before my 611a. Don't even know why i ever went into a sh!thole store in the first place!

The New 1508 is a very VERY very sick LIL woofer, I think the 1008 would be a great swap, I think you would get more low end and perhaps a tad louder, but more power would need to be added.
