re MX 15...amp?

Im trying to get a good amp to power this sub, its rated 1500w rms and its a dual 2ohm so i was thinking maybe a orion 2500d since i can get it used in the classified on here for $380 and wire it at 1ohm giving the sub 2500rms but will this be too much power?

ummm..from wut i've been told...it's actually dual 1.4 ohm....so u could either run .7or 2.8......

get a 1ohm stable D class amp, that puts our 1200-1500 watts. the US amps XT2000D or XT4000D will do the the job quite well and there not to bad price wise

the XT2000D is $350 from IKESOUND.com and the 4000D is $450

A MX is doing to sound great with about 2k RMS any of the amps that throw out 2k RMS will be find, ive put 2k and alot more to my MX12 with nothing wrong so 2k should be ok
