RE MT18 or BTL18 strictly for SPL use over over 10Kw, no daily. In this scenario the price is the same,what would you choose and why? BTW in this instance the recones will cost the same, no diffrence in the two.

Hate to say it...but right now MT.

I know I own a BTL and all. But for all out SPL I would choose the MT. Im a little down about my BTL, so I guess that might be it. But proven is proven. Dealt with both subs ALOT. and right now, MT takes it for me.

ohh and you can always use an FI recone in a MT if your that cheap.

i've chosen MTs over BTLs.., going to be using fi softparts in them, scott has said the recones sent to make my future pair of 18s won't be any big difference at all.
