we know that but USamps does not produce RE subs. they are still producing on their own, but now with the label of US Amps and price increase
thats what i was told anyway. if im wrong someone correct me

Generally when someone uses the term "we" it is inclusive of the person or persons using said term, is it not?

They are not the same company, they are owned by the same parent company. In being so, they can/will work/advertise in unison. You wont see US Amps ads discrediting RE equipment, for example. And providing links on the website is another example. The fact that the web designer used the term "we" has no legal binding status in this situation, its mere marketing.

The new RE Boxes also say US Amps on them.....
