its the newer style its got 1 small scratch on the cone other then that its mint, i bought it from biabia in december and was planning on having money to build up the system i wanted but i have'nt worked for months its sat since then i've tested it.. anyways 200 shipped if you need afew references my ebay id's freightdriver

off topic... but man if you are looking to upgrade your K series

definatly look at the Ov.2... it will work in the same box and

i can totally vouch for the Ov.2 being loud, having great SQ and

working with way under its rated power... ive been "breaking" mine

in for the last 3 weeks or so... at this point i dont even NEED to

turn it up much more its plenty for daily driving...

yeah, it's 40 lbs exactly. Shipping weight (w/ the crate and all) was about 45 lbs. Anyhow, nice sub. Does it have the **** cone or the 2003/smooth cone? These subs are old but GET THE JOB DONE! I've had too many of the HC's (12's and 15's) and currently have a modified HC15.
