RE Audio-WORST customer service

jemorgan85 dropped a JL 12w0 on his dustcap of his 12HC and it barely made a blemish. It was a good 5 ft fall too. I'm dumbfounded as to how the other thing broke the dustcap.

Actually, it was an RE 8.... which is even heavier than the W0!.... and yes, it barely made a crack at all, those caps are TOUGH.
