The 8"? I've heard good things. If you're looking for small subs you might also want to consider the Sundown SA-8 or SD-2 8" which are in preorder. Depends on whether you want to go ported or sealed.

no. i was looking at the 10's. i already have a box for a 10". 1.1 cu at 34 hz. i want to get 2 10's stick 1 in the current box then make another one

That's where you need to watch out. Specific tuning is taking into account the T-S parameters of each individual sub, so even though the volume seems legit, it could sound like total ass. I'd look into getting a custom box made for new subs if that's the route you're going.

well what sub would work in that? because i built it for a friend with the same truck and he took it out and i have it now. id rather not build another box when i dont have to

Unfortunately, that's not in my wheelhouse. I'd ask someone more like @double 07 ; just make sure you have dimensions first so he can model it for response.

im thinking about seeing if i can find a re se pro from some dealer if theres one around me. if not im thinking about just going with a sundown sa 10
