They have the worst customer service imo, atleast when it comes to picking up the damm phone. Took me 9 times for them to finally pick up! I had to try two different days. Then when I finally get through they tell me they wont have any 18" MTs for 8 weeks!! Then I forgot to ask about the SX so I had to call back two more times and they quoted me on one.

they should just hire some hottie to answer phones all day... and post her pics everywhere... then people would have a real boner for RE

Mark is dumb.

Whenever I'd call, he wouldn't let me talk to Dave...even when I told Dave I'd be calling him...I'd tell him Dave told me to call, he'd just say he can't put him on the phone.
