RE Audio, closed or open?

I gave RE AUDIO a call just now and it rang and rang for a little more than a minute so I just hung up. No answer machine came on or any thing. I expected an answer machine to go on and tell me their hours that they are open and days but no machine. I was wondering if anybody knows when they are open?
