rd sonace question

a friend of mine now has 2 rd sonace v1 12's

what would be a recomended box size for them?

also they r in a prefab now... would they get louder then type r's?

cause atm they do not impress me much

What kind of power do you have running to them?

Sonances like smaller boxes with (for some reason) smaller ports... ???? At least the Sonance I ran did a lot better that way.

SPL wise vs Type R...it'll outdo it - or at least it should.

SQ Wise - Yeah.

If I'm not mistaken, the Sonances, even the V1's, like 650-700 rms to play with and they'll take more than that.

Is it a ported enclosure? What are you tuned to currently?

Yes I have two of the V.2s they are very similar to the V.1s they pretty much just have upgraded soft parts. I have about 600 watts going to each of mine and they sound amazing. I have mine in a 4.05 cu ft box tuned to 31ish hz with 41sq in of port. If u wanna take a look at my box or anything look at my car domain site in my sig.

he has an american bass amp

idk the actual rms but it says 1980 wats on it so im guessing around 900 rms

i cant find any info on the amp
