that guy zack pope runs two RD heavyweights off a 7kw cadence amp and he says they get pretty stinky on a lot of constant bass songs... but he did also hit a 160 renegade on the a/c.... so they're good at burps with high power, but daily i think 3500w is too much from what i've seen...

just some info for the OP...

Ahhh thanks Roots i was wondering who that dude was. He had the gold tahoe at the clash?? I thought they where alpha's?? I may be wrong. After his run you could smell the thing all the way across the parking lot..

Yea if its the same dude. He burped pretty much the whole run. I walked over to check out what he was running and dude acted like he was better then everyone there. Kevin Holden had to tell me what he had. All i knew is that it5 was "RD" from what i was told. Some alphas.

I asked Kevin about the burn. lol and he told me that was from playing it out of tuning.. ? Umm why would you burp "out of tuning" ??

Anyways. So Zack Rope huh.. Well now i know..

I want to know what the little white 4 door car had in it at the Clash comp in Lithia Springs. I think he was the loudest trunk car there.

No from what i could see they where sub up port back.. Kevin was ok. He kinda showed me around a few of the RD vehicles..

WHAT?? 2 aq2200's on a hd3 15 and he only did a 151.9? That ain't too hot considering that A/C at Clash is like 8-10 db off from TL. It was at Carrollton that day anyways.

From what i could gather it was about 4 to 5 off TL.. I know because thats what i was off by when i tested here and when i got there..

the sub is great i love mine but want to do 6 15s now i hit a 151.2 with 3447wrms thats with the amps volts test with the dmm and amps clamp. i have mine walled @40hz it will take 25,000 watts for a burps. if u want ill sell u mine cheap so i can start buyin my 15s heres sum vids of it

also gotta remember. what may be loud on the TL may not be as equally loud on the A/C meter. different frequencies are Dependant on that

Dean. I have only been twice. Once to Carrollton and Lithia Springs. Needs to be more organized , I didn't care for it myself. I went with my cousin, he has a little setup he likes to see if every little thing he changes helps haha.

he should just get a meter lol

I will try, but no promises. Got too much going on right now.
I will say one thing about RD though, there is a little red yota that was at Carrollton, and the guy was only running a RD 1700 rms amp and did a 161.3 I think it was renegade. D@mn box was below the window line too I was SURPRISED.
