RD Audio 3250 v2?

I need a new amp. PG Tantrum 1200.1 went out on me. I am running two RE SE 12's on a final load of 2 ohms. I am wanting an amp that does 1500-2000 watts @ 2 ohm.

I was looking around and I came across the new RD 3250 v2 for $425 shipped for the pre-orders that were done back in August of '09, but I'm sure I can find them now somewhere if I search hard. Amp guts look pretty dang nice, but I read something about staying away from them because the new V2's are using cheap Chinese boards. Is this correct? I also read that they do more than rated. How much more? I really want around 1800 wrms.

My budget: Under $400.

Needed Power: 1500-2000wrms

Here is what else I have on my list.

Alpine MRP-M2000 $420

Kicker ZX2500.1 $400 (1250wrms @ 2 ohms. Had good experiences with Kicker amps. Usually does about 100-300wrms over rated power. Would like a little bit more power though)

RE Audio XTX5000.1 $418 (1700wrms @ 2 ohm. Also heard to stay away from RE Audio amp line??)

Rockford Fosgate T20001BD (1500wrms @ 2 ohm

(1) RE Audio DTS1000.1 $180 x's 2 = $360 (Wire each sub down to 1 ohm and run one sub on one amp each. 1000 watts rms @ 1 ohm per amp)

Let me know what ya'll think. Haven't had to replace/add on to my stereo in probably 4 years. Just did a system build on a friends truck a couple months ago. Installing it this weekend. Will take pics for you all. Sorry, this is a bit off topic. It consist of:

Anyone have any other input on RE Audio amps or RD Audio 3250? I know RE Audio makes great subs, just unsure of their line of amps. RD Audio is fairly new to us. I could get away fairly cheap with two RE Audio DTS1000's.

Its up for sale in the FS thread. I have the issue with pics and video in there.
