i bought a rd 1750.1 rd amp and the guy said with the right electrical it is stable at .5 ohms is this true if it is please explain nessesary electrical upgrades

new amp rd audio 1750.1 i have big three upgrade all 0 gauge through out and red top optima up front problem is my nightshade v2 is dual one so i need to run amp at .5 to give nessecary power to sub can amp handle being ran at .5
