RCA'S for PG xenon 600.1

I am concidering upgrading the rca's to my amp but I am very skeptical when it comes to buying "High end" wires. Every post on here about RCA'S has someone saying "buy these, I have them" and I'm thinking, just because you took the chance and spend a ton of money on cables doesn't make them any better than any other cable. It just means you are trying to justify your purchase.

So, to get to my point, will there be an AUDIBLE difference in upgrading my rca's from cheap lightning audio cables to something more expensive? I'm running 2 IDQ 10's off of a PG Xenon 600.1, from an 880 PRS. I have the rca's ran as far from the power cable as I can. As you can see my goal is a decent sq set up (my front stage is my big weakness right now) but I don't buy into gimmics, if the product looks better and is more reliable that's great, but this doesn't always mean it performs and sounds better.

School me.

For a subwoofer? You could use lamp cord and solder RCA plugs on the ends, and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference, as long as you're not picking up interference in the cable.

Thanks, that was my assumption, but I didn't want to rely on that alone. So how will this question apply to the future, when I upgrade my front stage?
