RCA problem, maybe with Fi Q

Check out the video for the problem, I just got a Fi Q and wired it for 1ohm so when I tried to play test it the results were in the video. I tested it with an mp3 player hooked to the amp with a y adapter and it played fine so is this an RCA issue and does that rule out the sub and amp being the problem. I'll have to dig to find a spare DECENT set of rca cables but when I tested it with another old pair I had the same noise. and it only stops when the HU is turned off changing the volume does nothing and switching from radio/ to cd doesn't stop it either.

It's wired just like how the diagram on the rockford fosgate site is so It's not an incorrect wire up - - -, + + +
