Why would this not apply? care to elaborate on the "type" of cross-talk that could be an issue?because he's smart enough to recognize it doesn't apply in this situation
not to mention - he's smart enough to know which "type" of cross-talk could theoretically be an issue.
You don't think that there is enough current going through the chassis but you believe that the power wire is different? Interesting considering that probably 90+% of people use the chassis for a ground meaning that every bit of current that flows through the power wire must then flow through the chassis. Add in the current from the other electrical components in the car that also use the chassis as the ground and more current flows through the chassis than the power wire. You said in the other thread that there would be current going threw the chassis which I agree with you that there is but I don't think there is enough current to make the chassis a source of cross-talk.
Thanks
your RCA's came with a grounding wire???? shit no wonder they did this lol get better onesI grounded the RCAs to the HU...worked like a charm. Still some white noise, so apparently I need better RCAs, but the squeel is completely gone and I can only hear the fuzz when the music is off. I had to wrap the ground around each RCA, because apparently the ground wire they came with is just for looks...
