RCA help...

Am I missing something about RCA's? I just tried three sets of two channel rca's for my mids and I still get some noise... I only get it when the engine is on.

When I used the 4 channel set that is in the car and routed underneath the carpet and it sounds great. Problem is definitely not the deck, because when I switch the good set to my mids it sounds clean.

I tried re-positioning the two channel sets down the center of the car away from all the power wires and the noise is still there. Any direction you can point me would help... I don't feel like buying another set of RCA's but my feeling is that I am DONE with KNU konceptz... All the rca's I tried were from there.

So what's different about the "good" set? Are they the directional type with floating shield connections?
Both sets are KNU Krystal cables not cheapos.

I isolated the problem thanks to a member in our facebook group.

It was crazy the RCA's have to be rounted underneath the dash in a particular orientation to nearly eliminate the noise... I thought running them down the center of the car would have been just fine... I was wrong lol...

They were away from all the power/ground lines that's what does not make sense to me. But I am not going to complain. It's working well now.
