I have a hifonics zues series 600 will be running 150.2 at 4ohm. feed back is aprciated I am a noob just wanting to do things the correrect way so i wont wasted time/money THNX

Thanks alot! I'd be fine with 30 ft of speaker wire correct...?
It depends on how far away your speakers are from the crossovers. Keep in mind that you have to have speaker wire that goes from your amp to each crossover, and then from each crossover you need 2 pairs of wire to go to each speaker (tweeter and mid). If the components are 3-way, then of course it is 1 more pair needed.

There are 2 main ways to wire a component setup.

#1: Have your crossovers close to where you mount the speakers. This way you keep wires that go to each speaker short, and you run 1 long speaker wire to each crossover. However you will need to figure out where on/in the doors you can mount each crossover.

#2: Have your crossovers close to your amp. On this setup, you will not need to worry about where to put your crossovers in your doors, you keep them close to your amp and there is generally more room. Unfortunately it uses about twice as much wire. Doing it this way you will need to run 2 pairs from the crossover for the right, and again 2 pairs from the crossover on the left.

You may want to consider Knu RCA's/speaker wire. Very cheap and a good product.

I agree. KnuKonceptz is the only place I will get wire. Great stuff there.

For those comps I wouldn't even run new speaker wire. In my opinion running new speaker wire is unnecessary and I wouldn't do it unless you have done it before.

It has the potential to cause more problems than it helps. you are not running enough power to hear a difference/help the speakers to run new wire.

I would put the crossovers in the door, use the factory wires as the input to the CO, then run short wires correctly to the woof/tweet. This way you can just run speaker wire from the amp to the back of the deck and connect it to the factory wiring behind there.

What car do you have? If the tweets are on the dash then put the crossovers behind the deck, run wire to the tweets and use factory for the woofers.

the car is a 2001 chevy blazer "suv" i rather buy wires then cut around the stock wiring. i currently have a kicker mono amp 750.1 with a pioneer p 4000ub deck the extra rca that i will be adding will connect to my deck correct? btw im planning to place the tweeters on the lower portion of the door pillar, they should be good their?
