RCA cables from head unit direct to speakers.

Should I use 4 of these to connect the RCA cables from the head unit to the woofers and tweeters.

To the speakers via extra wire, yes of course, I know that I can't connect those direct to the speaker terminals.

I mean not via an amplifier, which would eliminate the need for these.

RCA outputs send low voltage, high impedance signals meant to go into an amplifier. Attempting to wire these to speakers is going to destroy the pre-out section of the radio.

Doesn't your head unit have speaker wires coming out the back?

This is a slightly different model but has the same layout for speaker connection.

you need the wiring harness for that unit.

Speaker outputs should be on that
