I tell you what.... you send me that sub. I'll throw a true 5kw on it, if it lives ill give you 500 bucks for it... if it dont live thilio eats his words?

One thing i cant understand from TC is how they made cones that work for eclipse, but cant make em to work for themselves.... meh wonder if eclipse knows there selling there brand out from under them?

The cones that had faliures were the aluminum cones, they realised this and fixed it, and even made it right with the people that had the problems, at least give TC a second chance, they are using Titanium now, and even Snoopdan said they are better now.

k... not worried about the cone breaking, even tho that is a real possibility, but the simple fact that that motor has inadequate cooling and a coil that isnt gonna take that much power over an extended period

what amps do you plan on using to achieve this 5kw . Also what electrical do you have to back that up?
