Rattling Question

Ok...I have a panel behind my 2 seats above my 2 12inch subwoofers and i was wondering what would be best to put behind that panel to stop the rattling...I have heard of alot of different things i could do to stop it but i was wondering what the best material i could use to stuff behind it.

Go to your local hardware store buy some duct-tape and some expanding foam filler about 5$ a can tape around all the edges and start filling the void with the foam that should work Bro. TRE

Becareful with that stuff because if you get it on anything Ie, skin, seats, headliner....IT WILL NOT COME OFF. Take your time and be very cautious.
