When I put sub in enclosure it rattles from the cone . If I pull the speaker out it doesn't rattle . Sealed enclosure 1.5 cu ft JL w1 v2-4 . Alpine mini 500 . Push test is good . Ohm test is good .
II think your dust cap has a small unglued section. When in box, air escapes via unglued section causing the rattle. I have dealt with this same issue. Tape the perimiter of the dustcap and play at different volumes.

Play the system when your muffler is cold and crawl under there and grab shitt until it quits rattling. That is really the only way to fix the...
