Rattle solutions?

Hey guys my rearview mirror rattles something fierce, no matter what position it is in. Anyone else have this problem and solve it? I'd like to maintain the adjustability while also erasing the rattle. Ideas?

I can't do that, because then I'd have to listen to you driving by listening to Justin Bieber.

Thing is it is relatively new I think I'll have the same problem with a new one. I'm going to try to narrow it down a little it would be rattling between the plastic surround and the mirror itself maybe I can put some silicone in there.

I got a better idea! build a wall then you wont need it
