Rate my semi budget system plus a few wiring questions

Hi all, not really a regular here but I do search around from time to time for information and its been a big help picking out a "system" for my daily driven SUV. Nothing crazy, just something that sounds really good and has plenty of power. Anyway what I'll be putting in:

-Image Dynamics CTX 65CS Components up front. Woofers in the stock door location with tweeters mounted in the factory location.

-Image Dynamics CTX 65 Coaxials out back in the doors as well

-Cadence TXA 6004 speaker amp

-Headunit is going to be my old Pioneer DEH 6700MP for now until I either get a better single DIN or bite the bullet and get a really nice sat/nav.

No sub for now, if/when I do get one I'll have to get a 10" with a very shallow mounting depth to fit under the rear cargo floor where there is a little storage compartment. I have an older Kicker 400:1 mono amp lying around to power a sub and that did more than fine for my needs before with two old style (circa 2001 lol) Sony Xplod 4ohm 12" subs.

My wiring question is, with that Cadence amp, would I be able to bug into the factory speaker wiring so as not to have to run new speaker wires or will it not hold the 150wX4 @4ohm that the 6004 puts out? Running new wires is not a huge deal, just one less thing to have to worry about if it really doesn't matter at this level.

Ok well then I suppose that will make hooking everything up easier once I get the wires run. I've never done even a semi-serious system before, always just some good Pioneer coax speakers powered by a decent aftermarket H/U so this is new territory for me. I don't have any issues wiring stuff up, just wanted to see if I could save some headache. This is going in a 2002 Honda CR-V so I may have to also dynamat it in the near future which is something I've been considering just to quiet down the road noise. I will be at least using door deadeners for the speakers for the initial install.
