lol, substantially larger everything than a 4K lol, its a SS RL-S Prototype

1.45" one way linear BL Xmax and nice Qts compared to the standard Rl-s's Qts of 1, this is .67 (lower than the lms 4K (gen 1 and 2) then by its follow up series the LM10D2/12D2. Right on par with a broken in eclipse SW8K I have. in 3 net sealed after breakin should have an f3 (anechoic) around 19Hz

Nah, the original LMS 4000 all had a Qts of less than .5, even the 15" (.414 for the 10", .496 for the 15"), and they all had a wonderfully soft silent spider with a huge compliance figure and low Fs in the 'teens. Amazing, considering how extremely light those 64mm aluminum coils were. Very soft spider and surround indeed. That monster you have there has a nearly identical motor, save for two of the slugs being 1" rather than all of them being .75". Top plate and T-yoke is the same but the coil is certainly longer, though. Very rare driver, right there.
