I don't understand how you can be proud of something you hardly earned. We had kids like that in school, they got made fun of. Buying and paying for everything in your vehicle makes you that much prouder. My parents actually offered to split costs, and insurance too, but I decided to work for everything, and they decided to pay for college. When are you gonna learn that you have to earn things in life? Do you think your parents will buy you a house when your in your mid 20's? Some people just make me sick because they haven't opened their eyes and viewed the real world yet.

I'm saying that stickers are not proof of what you have... I am the type of person that need to see the goods in order to believe.

I'm not even going to get into it. You must have gone to a crappy school becuase at mine everybodys parents pay for everything. Sorry I dont own a house and work 40 hours a week. I'm 17. I'm sure i will do fine. HAHA

Lol, it's starting to **** lately though. I didn't go to a crappy school, we had a fair share of kids that had their parents buy em nice benzes and bmw's, we just made fun of them cuz they thought they were hard. I don't own a house, and I don't work 40 hours a week, just have a very good job, but don't plan on making a life on it, thats why I'm currently double-majoring in biochem and comp science, and most likely will be accepted into the University's Med School, so I think I'll do fine as well.

My advice to all relying on parents for $$$:

It's NEVER good to rely on your parents for financial support. It only makes it harder for you to adapt when you start earning by yourself. I used to rely so much on my dear parents and then it happened. I got a job, bought a house, car, etc, etc... oh, it's hard.. the temptation to go to your parents for help will be overwhelming.

Be a man. It don't matter if you work in a convenience store, a taxi driver, whatever. Earn your own money and feel the achievement, it'd be like nothing you've ever imagined... heck, you'd feel that the pyramid amp that you bought on your budget would be able to kick any SPL vehicles out there. THAT, my friend, is living...

well im 17 too, and im going to college next year which means your probably are too. you gonna rely on your parents there too? hopefully we end up goin to the same college so i can beat the shit out of you and steal your mommy and daddy's money. what are your mommy and daddy gonna do about that one? call the school's dean and tell them that their kid was getting bullied around?
