You are right, there are worse thing going on in todays society. I didnt say the fall of civilization rest on the shoulders of rappers. I just said their bad lyrics arent contributing for a greater cause. Rappers can change their music and not use so much bad language and images, they create this stuff. The news doesnt create violence, they just show what happens. The rappers create this violence in their music. As for steriod athletes and drug using athletes, I dont see Peyton Manning making a video with him shooting up steriods and putting it on tv, or Kobe Bryant hitting a bong in his Adidas commericials, if they do this stuff, they dont go public about it. it's another thing when Afroman comes out with his single "Because I got High". When Kobe comes out with his hit single "I Smoke Weed", then maybe we might have a problem. But you honestly tell me why guys like Afroman, Master P, Big Tymers, Three Six Mafia, why their music is good. Maybe I'm just trying to get my point across the wrong crowd. Aight, I'll break it down on what I've seen. Ddi you see the whole Afroman video, when he talked about how he's broke and homeless "because he got high"? How is that any worse than what you see on those anti- drug commercials? He was pretty much showing what will happen when you become a druggie. Master P just sucks ***, but I've never seen anything radical in his videos that should be questioned by society. Wow, he has half ***** women, ever seen a Victoria's Secret commercial? Big Tymers, what have they done in their videos? shown off their cars, women, what's so bad about that? Three Six, well ok, maybe you got me there. How about Charles Oakley? In an interview, which was shown on TV, he said at least 50% of the NBA uses marijuana on a regular basis. And Jose Canseco says that half of the MLB, including himself, use steroids. That was on TV too. And I wasn't too fond of the comment you made before, "they should stay in the ghetto", thats just ignorant and I find it a little racist as well.

How many presidents, scientists, astronauts listened to rap? probably not too many.
