I just got the Mlk 165 about two weeks ago, and I'm amazed with them.

I listen to Rap, Rock and Trance, and they sound fantastic playing all those types of music.

The midbass is just insane, it kicks so hard. They can handle a ton of power too, I'm putting 180x2 to them and thy just want more.

The sound is crystal clear and it does go loud, so my vote would be for the Hertz, but I can't compare to the others, as I have not heard them.

Wow, that a sick review of those MLK's. I'd really like to listen to them sometime....they sound like they might have the performance power to take me away from my Rainbows.

I have a set of HERTZ HSK 165L. They are amazing, I got a chance to preview the MLK 3 and it blew my mind. It's one of the most amazing drivers I've ever heard too bad the price tag is $$$$

I'd use a CAL27 Silk Tweeter and a ML 165 Woofer for an active soundstage *Drools*
