What are LOC's and Cleansweep?

a LOC is a line output converter, it allows u to keep your HU and hook an amp up to your system i believe and they fairly cheap i think a shop i went to said it was like $30

LOC = Line Output Converter. They are placed on the speaker level outputs on your oem amp and turn them into a low level signal for the input of your aftermarket amp. These are the most inexpensive option.

the JL Cleansweep or the Fosgate 3sixty also act as a LOC, but they also offer more tuning capabilities. The 3sixty in particular is a very powerful tool for tuning. You can do a search on all of these to learn more.
