does anyone know the rms rating on the slc 265 on the iqcaraudio website? i only see the max wattage. not sure if they are carrying this year's model or from previous years.

yes, I noticed that to but here is a link to the rainbow website and they only give max. wattage on them too.

I'm pretty sure that ICQ is carrying the latest versions of the Rainbows.

If you want to check for more specs on the Rainbow speakers, go to the Technical Datas link on the bottom, right hand side of the page. A pop-up window gives much more detail than is on the general info page.

in my xperience rainbow can handle a lil more than rated.

iqcaraudio just replied to my email after 2 wks, they are carrying the lastest set of the slc265 with the rms rated @ 100, as someone posted earlier in the thread.

Just for your info....IQCARAUDIO is selling @ retrail/msrp. I strongly suggest looking at dealers for possibly better prices

I run 95w/channel to my Rainbow SLC265s. It's probably just the installs, but I can't see where AcousticGuitar is coming from. In your typical vehicular install, they simply outperform every other component set I have heard to date. That's including everything my local dealers and BB have to offer. I'm sure there is better out there, but he must have some really peculiar tastes.
