ok i know i posted asking about this in the past

but im def gonna be buying these speakers this week or next...

website says 150 max

alot of ppl tell me here it will take 200ish rms without any problems

my amp (jbl gto 75.4) says it will push 284 x 2

i dont know if these amps are over or underrated(i think they're pretty accurate) but i assume it will do at least 250 and will prolly set it to about 200

now i dont want these things to blow on me (like my memphis did) and was wondering what you ppl would recommend... any input would be appreciated..

Contact Don (6spdcoupe)or Manny , they are in your area. The GTO amp does rated power, but 280 w is a little on the high side for the CMX. IF you know what your doing you should be ok, as Ive had around 350w on a set before. But talk to either one of them.
