Rainbow CAL28 angle mounts

How do you use these? There is now way to fasten them to anything.....I know this sounds stupid but I would like to use them but not sure how to mount them. All other angle mounts I've seen have screw holes so you can mount them....these don't....

Isn't that weird......they sell these beautiful mounts that have no way to mount.....kinda weird.....I was thinking the epoxy myself.

silicone them in...it wont hurt the finish and its pliable.
