Rainbow Audio has horrible customer service?

Yeah, right.

I don't exactly remember who exactly said this, but it worried me the first time I started having issues with my set. But after contacting them and they're extremely fast and excellent and well-detailed responses.

I have to say they are probably some of the best customer service I have dealt with in the car audio world.
