RATM is great, and I really like Tom Morello. I don't think he is very overrated at all. but w/e, I wouldn't exactly call them the ''best'' either.

Tom's decent when he isn't getting sidetracked, but people think he's God because he can mod a wah-wah pedal. I don't want to hear stupid blurps and squeaks anyways, I want a guitar to sound like a guitar. He's gotten worse since Rage broke up as well, the solo on 'Be Yourself' makes me want to murder a litter of puppies.

tom is ok, I'm kind of in the same boat as gauntlet. I want a guitar to sound like a guitar, using effects is fine, but whenever that's all you use I start to question the persons talent. I'm not saying he's bad, I would just like to hear a nice hardcore solo from him with distortion only.
