Radio Problems

I own an 03 dodge 1500 Reg. Cab. I went to Install my aftermarket radio and it appears that the previous owner cut the reverse wire harness off and now all that I'm left with is wires. I hate riding withOut music. I would like to straight wire the radio but I have never done it before I'm sure it can't be to hard. Can anybody help and explain what I should and how.
