My radio is locked after 13 wrong attempts, is there a way to unlock it,
on the radio it says locked 13 ,now i have the code but i can't enter it .Thanks

Have to take it to the dealership and have them unlock it for you. Never seen a Ford model in the US with a dash like that so that is a European model that is specific to those regions most likely or the dash is specific to those regions. At this point only the dealership can unlock it unless you can find a way to run the specific software they use in their computers they have access to.

The phrase "locked after 13" is not clear on its own and could have different meanings depending on the context but most likely access to a system or device is locked for a certain period but most likely means that the access to a system or device is locked for a certain period.
