Though really, not allowing racism is understandable. I'm a little more peeved that I can't even say "damn" freely in a members-only section of the forum. That's crap in my book.

do the research for yourself. legally, this site is not private property, it is public access. start a forum and see just what you are bound to, and then do your homework on the other laws not mentioned in the host agreement. much is allowed on different forums due to negligence, and slip under the radar. forums and other sites are like individual posts on this site. many can and do go un-controlled, unless reported, or happened upon. trust me, some do take this as their window to the world, and it is possible that someone could kill themselves form internet butt-hurted-ness, and an investigation into the matter could get the site closed down, and goob held legally accountable. real unlikely, but still possible.

So every company with a web site that has public access, every store or business that has public access is not private property?

Public access has nothing to do with private ownership. So if Goob dose not own the site, then who dose? What rules do they have?

This is GOOB"S site, not yours. If he wants to drop sponsors, he can. If he wants to ban you or me just because, he can. Again, if he want to ban the word butter, he can.

This is incorrect. You agreed to the TOS when you signed up for this forum. I have a link to the TOS in my sig if you wish you review it. Im not really that bad bro, its just some real big azz holes on here man and i am not the type of person to get hit and turn the other cheek, especially after i came in here being friendly with others. people on this site act like if you have been around for a while or if a new person to car audio comes in, any question they ask is stupid,ect and they deserve to get talked to crazy. Now i dont want to be labeled a "internet thug" so i dont make threats. I act just as dumb as the people do when they write about me.. You say something stupid to me, im going to do something way worse. it may be childish, but it is what it is. Some of the stuff on here is def. not called for at all. never the less, you cant control everybody, as you can see when you have people attacking the mods ect.
