anyone ordered any BXT from them recently? take a long time? i ordered just a few days ago, and at the time i ordered there was a notice that said they were working on a new formula for the BXT and it may take a little bit to receive orders...just wasn't sure if anyone had been receiving their stuff timely or not...

i just did my entire trunk in fatmat. it is not hard to work with, however their blue logo stamped on the foil backing will come off on your hands and it ruins stuff...i cannot seem to get it to stay on my decklid, i have ordered 120sqf of raamat this week, i will do my deck in that, as well as my quarter panel walls plus i think im also going to put a layer of it over my existing fatmat for added deadening...
in all honestly, the stuff probably works just fine on the flat surfaces, but i got a bit worry some...

Best bet is to simply e-mail Rick and ask him the time frame. He should get back with you quickly with an ETA.

I agree. I have had GREAT luck with Rick and RAAM Audio. Their stuff works awesome and as such, they are really busy. Give him a ring, he will take care of ya.

By the way, I have used fat mat and had the same problems and worries.........never had a problem with RAAMat.

They ship fast and the stuff sticks like no other. I applied mine to my truck in sub zero weather and it still stuck very nicely. I didn't even clean my doors with alcahol... Just stuck the stuff on. It's hard to cut at times but I assume it can't be any worse than other sound deadeners.

This stuff is awesome- a great buy, an excellent product, and it has no ugly logos or anything!

And Rick is the man, quick responses. He really cares about his product and customer service.

I ordered about two months ago, just before they started to have this issue with their formula. I have been in email contact with Rick throughout and hopefully they will be ready to ship in a few weeks.

As far as cancelling my order that was never a thought in my mind especially from a guy such as Rick who has a lot of peoples respect from this forum and many others. I know when I do finally do get my BXT it will be of the best quality, and if god forbid something goes wrong I know I have a great person who will make it right. I don't see any other those other companies doing that...just my 2cents.

well i didnt even get a chance to email rick yet, but this is an email that i got last night

you have to respect the fact that he would rather take a beating in price etc than to ship you bunk material....
