hi i wana get a dvd player that pops outa the dash, like that alpine or sony at circuit city,

and i also want 2 screens in my headrest, what do i need to buy besides the indash pop out dvd player/screen and te headrest? what do i need to buy to mae them all work off of the indash dvd? i have no clue about anything regarding mobile video

and also if there are ny cheap sites online that i can purchase this stuff from? most shops around here are charging $1100.99 just for the indash dvd player with that pop out screen and for the headrest screes like 899.99, i know i can find it wy cheaper online but i dont know where to begin looking and i dont know wha else i need t buy to make this stuff all work so any insite would be great

first off the alpine doesn't play dvd's if it's the cva 1000/1003 they are only flip out screens /radios. you have to purchase a changer to play cd's and a dvd player to go along with those...the iva c800 i believe it is called plays cd's and has a flip out monitor...but you still need to buy a dvd player.

All you need is the dvd/cd player and it has a video output, so you just run an rca to your monitors and presto it will work....or if you keep your cd player and use a separate dvd player you will need some sort of fm modulator or an equalizer with an aux on it to switch the dvd sound over to your amps.....

my panasonic in dash dvd/cd just fits in the dash like any other h/u then you just hook up a monitor to it using the rca pre out that says video on it.....and hook up your amps like normal using the rca preouts....

and you prolly won't go under a 1000.00 dollars....unless you want crap like pyle of farenheit.....

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
