only time blacks had it the WORSET was right when slavery ended. more hate crimes were commited and work was the horrible. when they were slaves they were at least taken care of, slaves cost a lot and people didn't wanna lose them. they often hired irish people to do the jobs where death would be possible. but once slavery ended black were treated worse then slaves. wages were so low they couldn't afford not to work for there old "owners" but they had no benefits from it

also not to mention i'd say by the year 2008 now the amount of blacks killed by white people is smaller then the amount of blacks killed by blacks. and so much money is sent just to africa now to try and in rich the lives of others and this is happening by people of ALL colors. example would be something like American Idol's "America Gives Back"
