Unless you play a lot of movie soundtracks or music with really low frequency material, you're probably alright leaving the subsonic filter off. Or set it to 20Hz if you want.

As for the low pass frequency, that's going to depend on your midbasses and how they're installed...I don't like it much above 50Hz but that's just me...
