"Congress sued to remove prez from white house"

Being the offspring of a US citizen does not guarantee you US citizenship, you still have to make application for it, and it can be denied. Don't argue it, I've done it and it's simple fact. Much of the hoopla about Obama's citizenship revolves around circumstances of his citizenship during the time of his education in Indonesia.
Some folks need to read a bit...

Birth Abroad Out-of-Wedlock to a U.S. Citizen Mother: A child born abroad out-of-wedlock to a U.S. citizen mother may acquire U.S. citizenship under Section 301(g) INA, as made applicable by Section 309© INA if the mother was a U.S. citizen at the time of the child's birth, and if the mother had previously been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year.

Can't remember if Obama's parents were married.

It is not automatic, you must act to report the birth to the proper authorities with the proper paperwork.

and all you guys are missing the bigger part..
that means that a citizen can be prez if he was not born here. that means he can been a citizen if he had lived here for over 14 years.
No. You are reading it wrong. You simply can't be president if you weren't born a U. S. citizen.
That additional info of having lived in the U.S. for the past 14 years prior to being president does not negate the first and primary requirement of being born here.

Of course I don't know why people are arguing about this anyway. He was born a U.S. citizen. this was shut down once and is only a failing attempt by a group of sore fucking losers.

Does this mean Ahhhnold Shwarzeneggergaene has a chance?
No.

I thought you were black? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
I know one black guy who hates Obama... I think he's hysterical. In fact, he once told me that "the worst thing anyone ever did for black folks was free all them **** n***ers from slavery".

I nearly choked on my cigarette. lol

I mean that's funny and all, completely inappropriate but funny.

I just thought every black person in the US thought OBama was the best thing since MLK Jr..

What does being black have to do with who I voted for? A black man can't be republican?

You are such a fucking racist. Go smoke a blunt and walk in front of a bus.

Kinda makes ya lose faith in an entire race.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Hawaii was a state when Obama was born, pretty sad that you don't even know when Hawaii and Alaska became states.
It has nothing to do with Hawaii being a state or not. It has to do with whether he was in fact born there or not. His grandmother from his father's side stated she was present at his birth in Kenya.

"a birth certificate from Mombasa Maternity Hospital and witnessed by Barack's relatives." This states his birth took place in Kenya.

He also lived in Indonesia for 4 years in which Indonesian did not allow dual citizenship at that time. This means he would have had to denounce his US citizenship to live there and be a citizen (He attended school there)

Obama's actual birth certificate from Hawaii has not been shown nor has their been any effort to show this.

It's a very sketchy situation. The reason people are worried about this is if he stays in for say 3 years before being found out to be ineligible for the presidency then all the laws, bills, etc passed by him would be null and void. That itself would cause a huge problem.

Am I saying McCain would do a better job? Nobody truly knows. Did I vote for Obama? No I voted for McCain. Obama is a socialist and socialism leads to communism which then leads to a collapse of government. Human nature is what causes communism to fail.

I'm not racist but I find it ridiculous how reverse racism by blacks against whites is considered condonable.

Do you truly have any idea how many people voted for Obama because he was black only?

It isn't the skin color of Obama that people have problems with. It is his policies, checkered past, and beliefs. The man has little to no idea of what it is to struggle in life.

Why is it individuals want(ed) reparations for their ancestors being slavery? I seem to remember Chapelle doing a skit on it saying that that money would go to dice games/crack/etc. Nothing constructive. Dave Chappelle must be racist too. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

It is a popular trend in America to want something for nothing (This goes for all races.). People are not paid what they're worth anymore. People want 20$ an hour to do rudimentary jobs.

Do you truly have any idea how many DIDN'T vote for him because he is black?

Until you can answer that then your question to me is just as irrelevant to your point.

Until we have those numbers(to both of our questions) we can assume that they cancel each other out. This still makes Obama the clear winner of the election.

You don't know this Rob character either. He has shown his racism many times.

John Mccain was born on a base in Panama. None of you Republicans were screaming about that during the election now were you?
Yup and he (McCain) also had to turn papers in to PROVE his citizenship...I guess democrats do not realize they did that to McCain before the election also Obama's mother was 17 when she gave birth so if she did it in Kenya she was too young to pass citizenship on, another issue would be when Obama went to school in Indonesia, for that to happen would require DUAL citizenship and that revokes his naturalized citizen status. He has not shown or proven anything congress has not forced him too like they did McCain LOL..this is very basic **** not to want to show, especially when Obama claims to be "transparent". Obama whined about McCain's records be it medical records and school records. McCain shown them and all Obama did was bring a letter from his doctor saying he was in good health...funny thing is his school records are sealed and his records from his state service are destroyed:laugh: MIND you those records are not even that old and were less than 2 years old when he declared he was going to be running for office.

"Fully 96 percent of black voters supported Obama and constituted 13 percent of the electorate, a 2-percentage-point rise in their national turnout. As in past years, black women turned out at a higher rate than black men"

So you're telling me that him being of equal race had nothing to do with it?

Was it his merits and everything he has accomplished in his many years as a politician? Oh wait he hasn't done anything in his 10 years. He was member of the Illinois senate for 7 and a state senator for 3. He has 0 accomplishments.

The media was all over him like their "special boy". How many covers was he on compared to McCain? How many of those were multiple times? Did SNL bash him like they did Palin? Most people actually believed what the media portrayed Palin as to be the truth. MTV worshipped him as well as most rap radio stations were hard for him and playing the Kanye West written song for Young Jeezy "My President is black"

You don't seem to realize a large majority of the people who voted him in know **** about his political stances much less his history. He doesn't have a few questionable instances as well as associations but rather a river of them.

Race, Media, and he wasn't associated with Bush. The three biggest reasons he won.

Look at the lunacy Obama has already done in office. Interviews to Middle Eastern News (Which by the way backfired), Government funding for abortion (Yeah let's throw more money around), so called stimulus package and numerous other things.

I don't know the guy you're saying is racist. Don't care. But don't paint all of us as not liking Obama due to racism. African American's place the race card way too much.

Obama's mother was 17 when she gave birth so if she did it in Kenya she was too young to pass citizenship on
I believe his mother was 18 at the time and you had to be 19 to pass citizenship onto your child.

Which ever it is still the law today. Also this has been going on since even Obama won the primary. This case is and was started and is still being pressed by a democrat, as I recall the majority who are pressing it were Clinton supporters.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Just a bunch of pissed off republicans sad and angry that their joke of a candidate couldn't beat Obama.
I think he should have been allowed to run. They were pushed into it simply because he is black. If that was a white guy with a questionable past they wouldnt have let him run. It is not being a sore loser its making sure the rules are followed. More like the Democracts being sneaking and only out for whats best for them

If any of you think that anything will come of this you are nutz. The courts had ample opportunity to act on this before the inauguration and they didn't. They dam sure are not about to make any ruling that would be a step in removing Obama from office and if you care about the country you will hope that they do not. If that ever happened the country would probably fall into a civil war.

Besides, it sounds like the guy was born in Hawaii.
