obviously there are boundaries to that... but as far as cigarettes go... that's how i view the addiction... imo... you guys are entitled to your opinions as well...

and I realize that their is a point where it isn't a mental issue

I quit cold turkey after about a year and a half of on and off smoking. I can now truly say that I am disgusted by the smell of cigs and have never had the urge to smoke again. I still puff on cigars though, but thats like maybe...once every 3 months when I with the guys

Blend 27s FTW, thats all I smoke, I have tried quiting before and I did for 2 weeks or so then one night I was drinking and I always smoke when I drink so naturally I started again. but seriously tho i need to quit, ive started the whole work out routine and its holding me back a cig before workout and a cig after, if I could i would prolly have a cig on the treadmill now thats bad

I recently quit smoking, it's been 3 weeks to a month... And boy...... has it been a blast.

I've never seen them live and i was told that if you close your eyes it sounds like the CD is playing. So i'm getting all sorts of f*cked up and enjoying the best music ever

I already have my quitting strategy picked out. push-ups whenever i want a cigarette when im at home, and a piece of eclipse gum when i want one at work or out & about.

when i was at the pharmacy and they said $250.00 please i was like WTF!!! no way but i figured that's about the amount i spend on cigs in a month.. so i bought the pills.. i honestly do NOT REGRET IT!! infact it's sooo worth it!!!

i thought it was going to be hard to break the habbit even with the pill ( gettin up in the morning, the mornins smoke, the driveing smoke, the lunch break smoke, the after dinner smoke ect.)

but it wasent... it's fu*kin magic!!! next week will be my first month 100% smoke free ( nicotine that is //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif hehe )

I been trying to cut down. I'm down to about 4 smokes a day. I been smoking menthol for 6yrs now wish I never started. It makes me sick to think about all the money i've wasted on it.

just to update ya'll.... it's been one solid month. without one hit or even a want for a cig... i fu*ckin love it... i can breath!! and all that healthy stuff...

the craveing is GONE! the habbit of takeing a cig brake is broken!!! it's like i hvae been released from jail. and i can do what i want to do!

i have a month's worth of chyantrix left... un oppend cost me 130.00 i'll sale it for 100.00... WELL WORTH IT!!!

so tomarow (8-1-07) will be 4 month's solid...

the last 2-3 month's i really can smell and taste things allot better... the smell of a cig kinda makes me choke now.....
