Quick question!

I have a 2001 Ford expedition. I will be getting a 2006 chevy 2500 turbodiesel. But until then, i would like to replace my head unit. I have one in mind right now that i want. The kenwood ddx514 is the one that i have been looking at. The real question is though. Will it fit in both cars? If not could you suggest other hu's that are nice that WILL fit in both. I would also not like to spend over $500. Any and all help is appreciated thanks guys.

not for sure exactly lol ill pm u the model tomorrrow its in my honda which happends to be at the shop. :/. If you pick it up this weekend ill help you throw it in. Its a single din with rca outputs cd player ect

See, the only thing is is that the expedition and my truck are both double dins. I am really only looking for some more top of the line head units.
