Quick Question port ******* in?

So setup is:

3.5ish aeroported(2 4in)@32hz

15" Type R

Planet Audio VX1400(1250watts)

Ok so,nothin wrong with it or anthing it slams pretty nice.141.6db all sealed up with 37hz burp.Decently loud for a 4dr Civic.

Ok soo i pop the trunk every now and than and put my hand by the port and it sucks in just as hard,if not harder,than it blows out.

Is this normal for aeroports or what not?

My first aeroported box,but not ported box.Ive never seen this.

I had a RE XXX in there before that and it did the same thing,almost sucked my Termlab sensor in on me,haha scared me.

Just wonderin if this is cool..............well of course i know its cool,cuz im a part of it

Yeh but i have 3 other people on my team with ported enclosures and none do it.

They might have a lot more port area so its just not noticeable?

If its not causing port noise or your not a SPL competitor not really. More port area might yield more spl though.

whats the size of the port and check the polarity of the subs. make sure their wired correctly.
