My amp in my Sig gets pretty hot when i crank it, which i would expect, but i dont want to damage it so should i purchase a/some cooling fans. Because its in a trunk which dooesnt get much airflow. Links to ones that u have used or know of would be great.

Just get some 120mm computer fans. Hook them to a switched 12v source.

i plan on just tapping in to my remote source on my amp. Just want some links to some and how should i mount these

Also, you can build an amp rack and fit the fans in somehow. Design it with one fan pulling air and one fan pushing.

ok thanks should i run them with the vents on the amp cuz i have the amp installed on the back of the second row seats in my car

I believe it works fine if you just have air moving over/around the heatsink(s) on the amp. The idea is to get fresh air moving over the heatsinks, thus helping cooling.

ok great thanks for the help. One more question i was wondering if i should get a 4 or 3 pin i believe fan for easiest hook up

I don't think it will make a difference which you go with, as you are just going to be tapping into another wire.

Yes. They will be moving air over your amp, thus cooling it down. There isn't a whole lot of circulation in a trunk, so any help goes a long way.

I would run it off the 12v myself.

2 wire fans just have + and gnd, 3 wire fans have a sense wire used by a controller to sense the fan speed. Can't say I have seen a 4 wire fan. If you use more than 2 fans, I would put them on a relay controlled by the remote wire.
